Good hotel to relax in. Close to beutiful nature
Very good service we were met by a Swedish receptionist who came out to meet us and help us with the car parking because the hotel carpark was full. We then got our big room with a nice view of the town and fjord. There was a special pizza menu in the hotel room for custom made Grandiosa pizza. The pizza factory that makes the frozen Grandiosa pizza is in Stranda and is the most popular pizza in Norway. The dobble bed was good to sleep in and the room and bathroom were clean. The indoor swimming pool was great to swim in after a long drive.

Once good hotel waiting for refurbishment
Central location within the town, very close to the ferry terminal and supermarkets. Easy parking in front of the hotel. The family suite is big and comfortable, having two full-size rooms. Cleanliness is adequate.
The hotel is overall worn and a bit outdated. Some rooms (including our family suite) are close to a noisy ventilation system running all night. Breakfast selection is limited, especially compared to the price range. According to the receptionist, a full refurbishment will start in October 2023.
